Catholic Campus Ministry
We are located in the Campus Religious Center across the street from the campus of SMSU in Marshall, MN.
It is our goal to build up a community of people who know the great love of Christ and who help each other live in this love everyday. At the Campus Religious Center, we offer many opportunities to grow in relationship with each other while we grow in our personal relationships with Christ. In community with each other we offer meals, Bible studies, small group discussions, speakers, special series about relevant topics such as vocations, one on one discipleship, service opportunities, Adoration, Reconciliation, and, of course, Mass.
Welcome to the Catholic Stangs Newman Club
The student led component of Catholic Campus Ministries, Newman Club, is held every Tuesday from 7pm to 8pm at the Campus Religious Center. The Newman Club is an engaging group of dynamic young Catholic adults. The Campus Religious Center truly becomes their "home away from home". This is a place where they can gather, study, hang out, eat, and, occasionally, even take a nap between classes. The Newman Club's mission is to advance the Kingdom of the Lord on the SMSU Campus, and they have a great time while doing it. Game nights, praise and worship music, speakers, witness talks, service, Sacraments, and fellowship are all integral parts of the Catholic experience on campus.
