Lyon County Heart to Heart – This is a parish endeavor to provide for teen needs at Christmas. An Angel tree is located in the back of church with Christmas wish items to provide teens with gifts for Christmas. Volunteer drivers provide transportation services so people can live as independently as possible and stay active.
